On one of my travels, a wise soul gave me a powerful seed thought and asked me to practice it for 30 days. It seemed quite a simple sentence, too simple I thought to myself, but I started it.
I arrived at day 25 and doubted in my puffed up way, what these words were supposed to do. But I had committed myself to this great soul and continued on.
Of course that 25th day point, started the day of big struggle for my ego who persistently reminded me when meditating on the seed, that it was futile.
By the 30th day the change in my life, though subtle at first, proved profound, and not just for me, but for those close to me also.
“MAY THE LIGHT OF THE SOUL ILLUMINE MY MIND AND SHED A LIGHT UPON THE WAY OF OTHERS.”
